Kennedy's Confection Magazine

In January 2015, Kennedy’s Confection celebrated 125 years – that’s 1500 issues of the magazine, containing 75,000 pages of information and over three million words!

Kennedy’s Confection magazine has been around for 125 years and is still going strong! With over 5000 loyal readers around the world, and being one of the oldest trade magazines on the planet, it has established itself as a true market leader in the field of the industrial manufacture of sugar confectionery, chocolate and related snack products. We believe there is something very special about appearing in a magazine. Online and print magazines are very different and complimentary experiences for the reader. We have found that the magazine is still in strong demand and that advertising both online and in print media makes for a highly effective promotional plan.

Kennedy’s Confection is published every month and covers the processes involved in the technology of confectionery processing, packaging and related services. Articles tend to focus on technology-driven themes with regular features on ingredients, process and packing machinery and related services and materials to the industrial manufacturer.

Regular reports are also included on market trends, factory profiles, new products and our trademark 1-2-1 interviews with your editor, Angus Kennedy who’s memorable writing has become a trademark in itself.

Readers are not only the main players in Europe, but they are from exciting emerging markets, the smaller up-and-coming artisan businesses and medium sized family confectionery firms all over the world.

Readers are the producers at senior level and are involved in the purchasing of technologies to produce chocolate products, hard and soft candies, chewing gums, sweet bakery products and related snacks. The areas covered are mainly production and packing; however, editorials also cover private label, finished product news and a news-round-up of the best news online and other special editions that can be seen in our editorial planner.

Circulation is completely global with an active readership, in addition to strong European established markets; readers are also from the up and coming markets in Asia, India, South America and parts of Africa.

We focus on suppliers at the big trade shows – making sure visitors (our readers) know exactly what they are showing and why they should visit their stands.

Kennedy’s Confection magazine is renowned for producing first class exhibition reviews focusing on the main industry trade shows; for example iSM, ProSweets, Interpack, FiE and the World Chocolate Forum.

Talk to our team at Kennedy’s, as we would love to hear your story about your products and help you with your exposure and help you become part of our thriving community of key suppliers, producers and professionals in the confectionery industry.
