Free from chocolate range unveiled by Plamil
UK-based ethically sourced chocolate company Plamil is releasing its latest ‘Free from’ range.
The So Free thin organic bars have been developed using sustainable cocoa sources and avoidance of ingredients such as milk, gluten or nuts.
Its latest range aims to become a mainstream product and is available in Extra dark, tropical orange, intense mint, through to milky and white varieties.
The company’s luxury chocolate products have been selected from carefully chosen co-op farms, with its present organic chocolate range being made with up to 87% cocoa. There are also no added sugar options.
Some of its key ingredients for its wider range of existing bars feature organic oils, as well as organic cranberries and raisins that have formed part of its luxury products.
Managing director Adrian Ling said: “It is clear there is a market gap to which our new So free brand completely meets consumer desires. Delicious chocolate, free, pure and ethical is a powerful combination that we deliver with a strong concept and advertisements.”
