Barry Callebaut unveils new Cabosse Naturals confectionery brand
Barry Callebaut has announced its new cacaofruit brand ‘Cabosse Naturals’, which offers a range of 100% pure cacao fruit ingredients.
The launch of this new brand is to stay in tune with consumers’ change of attitude towards tasty and nutritious food and drinks that also do good for the planet.
According to Barry Callebaut, with Cabosse Naturals, the company can further unlock the next-gen Food & Drink category – ‘Cacaofruit Experience’.
The ingredients are rich in nutrients, contain fibers, potassium and magnesium and enable brands, artisans and chefs to create juices, smoothies, ice creams, fruit snacks, snack bars, dairy desserts and confectionery.
