ProSweets 2019 Preview – Caotech B.V
Caotech are specialists in self-developed ball mills and conches within the cocoa and chocolate-related processing sector and will be at ProSweets 2019. Its team will be discussing the latest developments on cocoa, chocolate and compound processing.
With years of expertise and extensive field experience, the company has launched a number of developments in the field of cocoa, chocolate and compound applications in recent years.
Caotech’s supply covers a wide variety of installations, varying from a small lab size ball mill type CAO B5 + lab conche CWC 5, the well-known CAO B2000-CHOC batch installation and the CAO 3000 as a component in a continuous production line for both cocoa and chocolate to complete turnkey projects.
The company’s newly developed CHOCOCON 100 installation, a small processing line for the production of chocolate and compound has the capacity of producing up to 100 kg in two hours, based on the use of crystal sugar. The CHOCOCON 100 is designed for small and medium sized chocolate companies.
Caotech will also exhibit the CAO B3000-CHOC consisting of a 500-kg mixer on load cells with automatic weighing unit, 500 kg buffer tank and a ball mill refiner for chocolate and compound production with a capacity of approx. 600 kg/hour based on the use of crystal sugar. Caotech will also be displaying the CAO B5 laboratory ball mill refiner and the CWC 5 laboratory conche at the stand for customers to see.
