ProSweets 2019 Preview – Hänsel Processing
Hänsel Processing´s installations and machines operate worldwide, with 90% of the company’s activities generated by processing machinery.
The firm provides tailor-made installations with an extensive product range to fulfil customers’ needs. Hänsel's focus range includes: hard candy, such as centre filled, aerated, laminated, milky, sugar free, medicated, specialties; jelly and fondants, for example, gelatine, agar agar, pectin, gum arabic, starch, fondant crème, bakery fondant, milk fondant, fruit fondant; and also, toffee from: milk caramel, éclair, fruit candies, chewy candies, caramel layers, to specialities.
The company also provides services for bar production, from foam sugar, candy bars, granola, torrone, and halwa.
Nearly the whole range needed for the production of confectionery, from single machines to complete processing lines, is offered.
For this year’s ProSweets in Cologne, new and existing customers, as well as interested personnel will be welcome at its stand.
Managing directors, Frank Temme and Heiko Kühn, will gladly be at your service, accompanied by their skilled native-speakers sales team, as well as by French partner company, Proform.
The machine LSK-5, Laboratory Batch cooker, will be exhibited this year, and can be used for the production of fillings, caramel, toffees, chewy candies, jelly, hard candy and other masses.
The equipment with vacuum pump and scrapers in the cooking vessel offers a broad field of application for the user. There is also an optional version of cooking under overpressure.
